Qvantel, a leader in Digital BSS, announced that they have signed an agreement with Etisalat Misr by e& at Mobile World Congress (MWC) to implement their Qvantel Flex BSS solution to help in the digital transformation of Etisalat BSS. By utelizing Qvantel Flex BSS running on AWS Outpost, Etisalat Misr by e& can quickly develop and implement new use cases and try out new business models.
