WIOCC Group, Africa's leading provider of converged open-access digital infrastructure, has made two significant appointments to strengthen their team. The first appointment is Nolan Naidu, who joins as the Head of Product. Nolan brings extensive expertise in product and project management, business planning and analysis, and IT strategy, gained from his notable positions at respected organizations such as Dimension Data, MWEB, and Internet Solutions. With a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and client requirements, Nolan has consistently delivered innovative solutions in areas such as data centers, carriers, connectivity, cloud, communications and cyber security. Alongside his impressive educational background, including a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors and the ongoing pursuit of an MBA from Nexford University, Nolan will be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of innovative products aligned with WIOCC GROUP's strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet clients' evolving needs and maintain the company's industry leadership.

The second appointment at WIOCC Group is Sayuri Moodliar, who joins the company's subsidiary Open Access Data Centres (OADC) as the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). With over twenty-five years of experience as a sustainability professional and infrastructure project finance lawyer, Sayuri brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Holding a PhD in International Business and Environmental Governance as well as Masters Degrees in Environmental Management and International Business Law, Sayuri possesses a strong academic foundation. Her deep understanding of environmental governance and international law allows her to approach the complex relationship between business, the environment, and society holistically. Previously serving as the Associate Director of Sustainability & ESG Strategy at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sayuri has been a subject matter expert in ESG, sustainable finance, and energy infrastructure. Her diverse work experience in various organizations, including Ericsson, Uthlanga Environmental Consultants, Anglo American, and Nestlé, has provided her with valuable insights into sustainable development and the challenges of conducting business in Africa.

With Sayuri's appointment, OADC reaffirms its commitment to integrating sustainability into its core values and implementing responsible and ethical practices. Leveraging Sayuri's expertise, OADC aims to advance its ESG initiatives and make a positive impact on the environment, society, and clients.
